Some managers and landlords have an agreement with one or more residents or owners where the occupant of the home conducts the showings. ShowMojo can automate away all the coordination associated with this practice.

This feature is available on the Listings page in the Showing Acceptance section. Showing Acceptance must be enabled and  approval must be set to one party or all parties.

You enable occupant-conducted showings for individual parties using the Share Prospect Details toggle on the individual occupant record.

Occupants who are configured to receive prospect details on occupant-conducted showings will be:

• Given the opportunity to accept or reject each scheduled showing (like any other showing acceptance participant).
• Provided prospect details, including name phone number and email address (unlike other participants).
• Emailed whenever a showing is accepted, declined, confirmed or canceled (unlike other participants).

NOTE: The showing acceptance feature must be enabled. This setting can be found in the Optional Feature section on the Listings Settings page.
