The 1234 Access Code Unlocks the Lock

This is the default shipping state of a MojoLock. The 1234 access code is no longer usable once you Add the New MojoLock to Your Account‍.

Pressing the "C" Key Unlocks the Lock

This is an installation mis-step. The smartlock is configured for the incorrect door swing. It should be left versus right -- or right versus left.
