We recommend that you change these codes only when you have a good system for managing them. ShowMojo cannot assist with boxes that cannot be accessed via the agent code (when it is lost). You will need to contact CodeBox directly and there will be a fee associated with this service.

To change the agent, vendor or shackle code on a CodeBox: 

1. Use the agent code to access the CodeBox.
2. Press the “4” button to change the agent code
3. Press the “5” button to change the vendor code
4. Press the “7” button to change the shackle code 

Please note, the vendor and shackle code is unable to be configured as the first 5 digits of the agent code.
