When you want solid confirmation whether or not an individual accessed a CodeBox, there are two steps to complete:

1. With physical access to the CodeBox, View Access History Directly from the CodeBox and take notes (or smartphone snapshots) of the access codes used during the time window you are investigating. NOTE: We listed this step first only because CodeBoxes store the last 40 entries. So, for a busy CodeBox, it is best to do this sooner than later.
2. Check your ShowMojo Dashboard for the showing record. Contact ShowMojo Support with enough information to identify that specific record and request that the access code for that showing be sent to you.
