Most often, Drivers License and Document Verification is a feature used as part of the pre-showing screening process, and you'll want to configure it there. However, ShowMojo has a separate Request a Document feature for use outside of the normal scheduling flow.
For example, after the showing, when a prospect wants to apply, you can send off a "Proof of Income" request from your smartphone. Or, on the day the tenant moves in, you can send a request to return the "Move in Inspection Form" from the ShowMojo Dashboard.
ShowMojo documents the initial request and the followup reminders to the prospect, in case you need proof later.
The feature can be enabled and configured in the Request a Document section at the bottom of the Communication Settings page.
To send a document request, simply create or edit a showing from your ShowMojo Dashboard (on web or mobile) and look for the Request a Document link.
This feature is not available on ShowMojo CLASSIC accounts, accounts with no configured ShowMojo PHONE, nor on accounts with billing plans that have not been advertised since 2014.
Even if the showing is canceled, if a document has been requested outside of the normal screening process and it has not been provided, ShowMojo will continue to send reminders to the prospect.
