ShowMojo uses leads to capture and track a prospective renter interested in a specific listing.

A showing is simply a lead that has an upcoming, canceled, or previous showtime.

Leads may also exist without a listing assignment. In this case, a listing is assigned when the prospective renter associated with that lead schedules a showing for a particular listing.

If you look at the upper half of the ShowMojo Dashboard main page, every row shown there is a lead.
