Reschedule requests can be sent manually from the ShowMojo Dashboard. They are also sent automatically for a variety of reasons, often related to Rejected Showings.
The reschedule request informs the prospect that the showing could not be attended for whatever reason, and asks the prospect to schedule a new time.
ShowMojo always emails the prospect. Also, ShowMojo Sends Text Messages about Rescheduled Showings When Needed.
If, after 24 hours, the prospect does not reschedule, ShowMojo follows up with an email reminder to the prospect. After this email reminder, there are no further communications from ShowMojo on the reschedule.
