ShowMojo automatically Notifies Tenants and Others about Upcoming Showings. Additionally, ShowMojo retains a copy of every showing notification email that it sends to a tenant, owner or any other third party. 

If you need to review a notification, or verify it was sent, just hop over to the Showing Notification Email Report. There you will find a full copy of each email. Additionally, you will find confirmation that the email was sent (by SendGrid, a trusted and independent 3rd party).

One additional item regarding Canceled Showing Notifications. These special notifications are sent only when a same-day showing is canceled (and the showtime is cleared) after 8am local time.
