Screening your prospects before they schedule is an important part of ShowMojo’s Leasing Automation process. We house several of our most important pre-showing screening features on the Showing Qualification Settings page.

ShowMojo's customizable Pre-Showing Questionnaire will allow your team to make sure that only qualified prospects are scheduling showings for your listings while allowing your team to collect important prospect information for use in future listing marketing opportunities that might be a better fit for that prospect.

Our Identity Verification section lets you fine-tune options available to help add levels of security to your showings when you use our features such as Validating A Prospect's Identity With a Credit Card or Driver's License and Document Verification.

You can also add additional levels of security by Restricting Non-Mobile Phones From Scheduling Self-Showings as well as Setting ShowMojo to Forget Previously Approved Documents that are received during the Document Verification process.

If you've encountered a prospect that you wish to disallow from future scheduling, you can even Blacklist a Prospect By Email Address or Phone Number from the Dashboard. Then under the Blacklist section you can view and edit the list of previously blacklisted contacts or add additional contact information or notes to contacts already collected.
