By default, ShowMojo remembers documents submitted for Drivers License and Document Verification for 30 days. So prospects who have already had their documents approved can schedule showings without the need for subsequent approvals.
In order to Defend Your Company Against Self-Show Opportunists, your team can instead choose to require prospects to submit their driver's license or government-issued photo ID for approval for each showing they schedule.
Here's the upshot: every prospect-scheduled showing will need to be reviewed and approved by a member of your team. This allows your team additional opportunities to catch potentially fraudulent showings. It also deters scammers, due to the added effort required to schedule multiple fraudulent showings under different identities.
