When importing listings from a Listing Import Source ShowMojo automatically attempts to set the listing details based on the details (or amenities or features) found in the source listing. (Unless the account is specifically set to Not Import Listing Details.)

The best way to ensure ShowMojo correctly sets listing details is to use details in the source system that mirror the language that ShowMojo uses for listing details.

This approach is confirmed to work for systems such as Propertyware, AppFolio and Rent Manager. It will work for any system that allows you to define your own listings.

Here is a specific example: if a listing in Rent Manager includes a Recently rehabbed attribute on the unit, then ShowMojo will automatically set the Recently rehabbed detail on the Listing.
