Propertyware Listing Imports can be neagatively impacted when one or more listings within Propertyware has a corrupted photo. You can see the issue for yourself when trying to view the specific listing from your Propertyware listings widget (on your website). You will find that the listing will not load.
It is important to understand one Propertyware listing with corrupted photos can cause import issues for other Propertyware listings. This issue is serious enough that ShowMojo does send automated emails alerts when it detects this condition.
Unfortunately, we are not aware of what causes the issue. However, we do now how to correct it:
- Log into Propertyware.
- Remove all photos associated with the listing.
- Re-upload the photos.
