Each importer can be configured to import listings into a ShowMojo account only when any one of the following matches is found on the listing in the Listing Import Source.
For Buildium, Propertyware, FreeRentalSite, HeroPM, PMW, Rent Manager, Yardi and a homespun Trulia or Zillow feed:
- The contact email address on the listing matches the ShowMojo account email (found on General Settings)
- The contact email address on the listing matches the email of any team member on a Multi User account (found on the Team Settings page).
- Contact name on the listing matches the name or company name fields in ShowMojo (found on the General Settings page).
- The contact phone on the listing matches the account phone or ShowMojo PHONE number on the ShowMojo account (both found on General Settings).
- The contact phone on the listing matches the phone of any team member on a Multi User account (found on the Team Settings page).
For AppFolio, PropertyBoss, RentLinx, and vFlyer
- Contact name on the listing matches the name or company name fields in ShowMojo (found on the General Settings page).
- The contact phone on the listing matches the account phone or ShowMojo PHONE number on the ShowMojo account (both found on General Settings).
- The contact phone on the listing matches the phone of any team member on a Multi User account (found on the Team Settings page).
This feature can be enabled on the Listing Import Settings page, in the Additional Settings section. Then scroll up to the section for the specific importer to enable the filter.
