ShowMojo's Live Answer feature sends two different types of emails with prospect questions. To highlight the attention that should be paid to these emails, the email subject line is prefaced with PROSPECT QUESTION.
The two type of emails are:
- Question only: This could be a prospect with a question or another party (such as a tenant, neighbor, etc) with a question.
- Scheduled showing with a question: The Live Answer agent was able to schedule the showing, but only by including a question for the prospect when scheduling. This question could be about the listing, application acceptance criteria, or any other topic.
Both types of emails also include an Answer this Question button which allows you to type up an answer that ShowMojo will then send directly to the prospect. The notification process for the prospect is handled both by text message and email to alert them to your response.
