ShowMojo lets your staff and even vendors gain immediate and trackable access to any listing with a digital lockbox hung on it (whether that listing is on or off market).
We know property managers and owners sometimes put a digital lockbox on a house for vendors and their staff before the home is being marketed or shown — and before the listing is even in ShowMojo. ShowMojo is built to support this.
There are two easy ways to get a code for a digital lockbox not currently assigned to a listing in your ShowMojo account:
- Use the Text-to-Access feature and ShowMojo will automatically respond to and track all code requests.
- Pull codes from the Digital Access Report, but you'll need to keep track of who you give them to.
It is also possible to use Vendor Code Access on newer CodeBoxes, though this type of access cannot be individually tracked.
