Following each lockbox self-showing -- when ShowMojo distributed an access code to the prospect -- ShowMojo automatically follows up with the prospect to ensure the listing was secured and the key was returned to the lockbox. 

This follow-up is done by text message. In the 90 minutes following the showing, ShowMojo makes three attempts to receive communication from the prospect that the listing has been secured. If ShowMojo receives a negative response from the tenant -- or no response -- ShowMojo notifies the appropriate members of your staff.
