With the ShowMojo Mobile App you can open or unshackle a VaultLOCKS eLockbox via Bluetooth. There's no access codes required. Just use the Open or Unshackle buttons in the app.
To use this feature:
- Your mobile device must be within 6 feet of the eLockbox
- The eLockbox keypad cannot be illuminated. If you press a button on the keypad, causing it to light up, then you must wait for the keypad to go dark before you can connect to the eLockbox from your mobile app.
If the lockbox or shackle fails to open via Bluetooth when you are within range, a few factors may be involved. To troubleshoot:
- Ensure you have allowed the mobile app access to Bluetooth functionality on your phone. For some phones, access to location services may also be required.
- Ensure you are viewing the correct lockbox serial in your mobile app. The Bluetooth connection can only be made with the correct matching device serial.
- Ensure that the eLockbox has sufficient battery power. To check this, press a key on the keypad and confirm the low battery indicator does not light up.
- Verify that the battery level on your mobile device is not low, as this can also lead to issues with establishing a Bluetooth connection.
