Options and Timeline for Approval of Submitted Documents

ShowMojo's Document or Driver License Verification features provide a timeline and flexible review options to ensure the best security while also providing prospects the most convenient and simple scheduling experience.

This process normally entails a document review, completed by you or someone on your team. Document review settings can be configured on the Showing Qualification Settings page in the Identity Verification section.

Those settings include how and when documents are sent to you and your team for review. There are options to Auto-Approve Documents Submitted for Verification‍ without any human review. But ShowMojo recommends significant caution when using these options.

Review Options

Once a prospect has submitted a document, the ‍Individual Responsible for Verification will has at most 24 hours to review and respond.

When a document is not acted upon in time, ShowMojo can be configured to either auto-approve the document or send a reschedule request to the prospect. ShowMojo will send an email when this action is taken.

A document can (and should) be reviewed even after an auto-approval action. The options to cancel the showing and even blacklist the prospect remain available.

Review Timeline

If a showing is scheduled more than 3 hours into the future, the prospect must send the document, and the document must be approved, at least two hours before the showtime. Otherwise, ShowMojo will automatically act based on the configured review settings.

If a showing is scheduled less than 3 hours before the showtime, ShowMojo will give as much time to both parties as is reasonable to send and verify the document. If the document has not been received and approved prior to the showtime, ShowMojo will act in accordance with the settings on the account.
