There are different opinions in different US regions about how half baths should be displayed in shorthand notation. 

For example, should a home with two full bathrooms be displayed in short-hand as 2.5 baths or 2.1 baths?

At this time, ShowMojo has sided with the regions that use .1 to represent a half bath and not .5. 

Our rationale for this is simple, and -- we believe -- forward thinking. There are more than a few homes out there that have more that one half bathroom. If you follow the .1 scheme then representing those homes with a .2 is straightforward and simple. 

But if you use the .5 scheme there is no good way to represent a home with two half bathrooms.
