A CodeBox with an incorrect date and time can be the source of many more issue than you might think.
To check the date and time of a CodeBox:
- Have someone at the CodeBox trigger an Entry Error by pressing four random number buttons then Enter.
- On the CodeBox display, below the Entry Error text, the CodeBox date and time will be provided.
- Closely scrutinize the CodeBox date and time. Issues here are often missed. Be sure to check for the correct AM/PM symbol, the correct month, and the correct year.
