Every VaultLOCKS eLockbox has at least two access code types available:

• One hour: Provides access for a specific hour on a specific day, with some flexibility before and after that hour.
• One week: Provides access for seven days, starting on a specific calendar day.

Additionally, all new eLockboxes have two additional access code options:

• One day: Provides a full day of access.
• Four weeks: Provides access to the eLockbox for four weeks, always starting on the previous Monday.

At present the last two code options are available only from the standard and mobile web Digital Access Report (and not the mobile app).

All four access code options are available on every eLockbox with a serial number at or above VL00004554. These access code options may occasionally be available on older eLockboxes. To check whether an older eLockbox supports all four access code types:

1. Go to the eLockbox and Unlock it Via Bluetooth. (This will allow ShowMojo to read the firmware version.)
